The Prescott Companies, An Associa® Company Successfully Provides Four-Diamond Service to Luxury Community

Designed by world-class architects in 2004, these two luxury high-rise residential condominium towers are conveniently located at the heart of the Vegas Strip. Artfully inclined at opposing angles, the two towers are striking residential icons at the hub of City Center.

Each tower has 37 floors with 335 units, plus upscale amenities like a rooftop pool, spa, exercise facility, and media/theater room. Four-diamond-level concierge and valet services and controlled access entry are provided for residents.

Challenge:

The community needed a management company that wouldn’t just offer “one-of-a-kind” residential community living on the Vegas Strip, but also provide four-diamond service, operational excellence, and seamless day-to-day management.

Resolution:

After partnering with The Prescott Companies, An Associa® Company, the community’s board tapped experienced high-rise manager Bruce H. to handle its day-to-day dealings and operational management. Prior to the community’s opening, Bruce H. spent four months identifying needs—everything from contracted vendors to front desk and engineering staff.

Since its opening, Bruce H. and The Prescott Companies, An Associa® Company, have provided an urban living dream come true in the heart of glitzy Vegas for the community’s residents.
